Mr. Jim Lacy is an Architect practicing in Northern California. He received his BFA from the University of New Mexico and is licensed in California and Pennsylvania. Mr. Lacy started his career after graduation working in traditional roles in several Architectural firms in Salt Lake City. Following his curiosity about the technical and logistical challenges of construction he pursued an opportunity with Turner Construction and worked on a number of significant projects in Philadelphia and San Francisco. When he and his family moved North to Ukiah, Mr. Lacy worked for a regional builder managing public schools construction. He opened his Architectural practice in 1998. His practice encompasses a wide range of projects as an Architect, Advisor, and Program Manager. Mr. Lacy resides in Ukiah with his wife Betty and enjoys the outdoors by surfing, fishing, sailing, bicycling, and camping.
