Mr. Derek Clark has worked as an Assistant Surveyor with LACO Associates since January 2017, during which time he has assumed lead project surveyor duties on numerous projects. From construction staking to boundary research to topographic mapping and survey for design, Mr. Clark strives to provide thorough, sophisticated, and technologically integrated survey and mapping services to LACO’s clients. His integrity, proficiency with data management and advanced technologies, and love of the outdoors combine to create a professional, responsive, and enthusiastic LACO team member.

Mr. Clark has the skills and expertise to provide quality land surveying services, as demonstrated by his experience performing consctruction staking for a new bridge at Dry Creek Rancheria in Geyserville, topographic surveying and mapping for MacKerricher State Park water system improvements, elevation certifications for various private clients, and boundary surveying in support of fire recovery efforts in Santa Rosa.

Prior to working with LACO, Mr. Clark worked for a small survey firm in Marin County with expertise in boundary and topographic surveying within the greater Bay Area.
