LACO Associates’ Materials Testing Lab is the newest addition to the Northern Santa Rosa area. The Lab was secured back in June when one of the industrial garages at 3325 Regional Parkway became available, just down the road from the expanding office space. Over the last 2 months, Bruce Coats and Andrew Alvarado have been working steadily to lay the groundwork for a fully-functioning Materials Testing Lab. LACO Associates provides a wide array of services, not limited to materials testing, and expansion in the Santa Rosa area includes not only this new lab.

LACO Associates has been steadily growing in the Santa Rosa office space as well, where 6 new employees have been added to the team in the last 3 months. “LACO’s value and commitment to service, ethics, and excellence requires a steadily growing workforce,” says VP of Engineering, Rod Wilburn, “and those values are coming to life as we add knowledgeable and energized professionals to our team.”

Indeed, “a steadily growing workforce,” is evident; as LACO has put an emphasis on recruitment, they have nearly outgrown their current Santa Rosa office space as well as in Ukiah. The venue for the Ribbon Cutting included both the office as well as the lab, collaborating with the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber. The program featured a meet-and-greet preceding the ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by a short walk over to the lab where guests were given a full tour. LACO-blue balloons announced the entry-ways and summery sangria and appetizers were served.
