Community Engagement

Community Volunteerism

At LACO, we recognize that our communities encompass more than just our workplaces. Like the clients we serve, we call these communities home and share a vested interest in nurturing their physical and emotional well-being. Engaging in community clean-ups, volunteering for charitable organizations, and actively participating in initiatives to improve our community are fundamental aspects of the LACO culture. This mindset extends beyond our work and plays a significant role in our approach to planning, designing, and managing the prosperity of the communities we serve.
